This leader’s journey began with a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Walchand College, followed by an M.S. with a focus on computer applications at the University of Akron. Their thesis on “Brain Cells – Three Dimension Pattern Analysis” showcased early technical acumen, while an MBA from The Ohio State University in General Management refined their business skills, laying the groundwork for a versatile, impactful career.
Over four decades, they have advanced from engineering roles to leadership positions at multinationals, regional firms, and start-ups on the Fortune 100 list, within industries such as telecom, healthcare insurance, and financial services. Their expertise includes R&D, global manufacturing, customer support, and transformational program leadership across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Recognized with awards for achievement, quality, and diversity, they bring a visionary approach to business transformation and service excellence.
A dedicated adjunct professor for six years, they taught postgraduate MBA and Project Management students at St. Mary’s University. They are also committed to mentoring through programs like Menttium and Dress for Success, fostering growth and inclusion. Socially engaged, they support the Babasaheb Nadgonde Memorial Trust, promoting education and sports for village girls. Fluent in multiple languages and passionate about hobbies like skiing and sailing, they embody a life rich in learning, leadership, and service.
